3. AI processing

Contello uses artificial intelligence to help create content. Your content and connected-account information may be processed by our AI systems and trusted AI service providers to generate drafts, captions, and images for you. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your private content to train publicly available foundation models without your permission.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Connected platforms — to publish and manage content as you direct.
• Service providers — vendors who help us run the Services (hosting, payments, analytics, AI processing, customer support) under contracts that limit their use of your information.
• Business customers — where Contello processes personal data on behalf of a customer, our Data Processing Addendum governs that processing.
• Partners and agencies — if you access Contello through an agency or partner account, relevant information may be shared with that organization to manage your account.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Contello, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
