This AI Content & Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains your responsibilities when using Contello's AI features and the conduct we expect from everyone who uses the Services. It forms part of our Terms of Use, and the terms defined there apply here.
Contello uses artificial intelligence to help generate drafts, captions, images, and suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context. You must review and approve all AI-generated content before it is published. You are responsible for everything posted from your account, whether written by you or generated with AI assistance.
You may not use Contello, or content created with it, for:
You remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws and the regulations of your industry, including advertising, health, and consumer-protection rules that may apply to your business. You are also responsible for following the terms and content policies of any third-party platform you publish to through Contello.
AI output should not be relied on as a statement of fact without your own verification. Where required by law or platform rules, you are responsible for disclosing the use of AI and for ensuring any claims in your content are truthful and substantiated.
If you violate this Policy, Contello may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, as described in our Terms of Use. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
